The second meeting of the Board of Directors of PACER-HD for the current academic year 2010-2011

 The second meeting of the Board of Directors of PACER-HD for the current academic year 2010-2011 was held on Wednesday, October 20, 2010. The chairman of the board welcomed the new members and several topics were discussed regarding the Centre's research activities. Three new research proposals were approved and include establishing a renal research unit for hereditary diseases in children, with the aim to describe genetic mutations in children with genetic renal disorders, Phenotyping CYP3A4 in children with Down Syndrome using noninvasive methods and a prospective study of the Genetic Disorders at King Abdulaziz University Hospital: Pattern of Distribution and Prospects for Prevention.
