The PACER-HD participated in the 2nd Medical Student Research Day held at King Abdulaziz University Hospital on April 16th 2009. The Director of PACER-HD, Dr. Al-Aama, gave a brief presentation regarding the possible research opportunities for medical students at the PACER-HD. Also, Dr. Mona Saleh, an intern presented the results of a research project she did with a group of medical students under the supervision of Dr. Al-Aama. The study examined how mentally challenged adolescents dealt with puberty.
