The aim of this study was to build a model that explains the causal relationships between mindfulness as an independent variable, psychological well-being as a mediating variable, and level of aspiration as a dependent variable among a sample of high school students in Jeddah. The primary sample of the study consisted of 286 students, and the study tools included the Mindfulness Scale developed by (Baer et al., 2004), translated and standardized by Al-Buhairi, Al-Dubai, Talaab, and Al-Awamleh, (2014), the Psychological Well-Being Scale developed by Springer and Hauser (2006), translated by Abu Hashim (2010), and the Level of Aspiratoin Scale developed by Ben Ghzefa (2013) and standardized by Mahdawi (2020). IBM SPSS v.23 and Amos v.20 were used to analyze the study results. The study found that:
• The study sample had an average level of mindfulness, a high level of psychological well-being, and an average level of aspiration.
• There was a statistically significant impact of psychological well-being (autonomy, environmental empowerment, personal development, positive relationships with others, meaningful life, self-acceptance) on both mindfulness and level of aspiration.
• There was also a statistically significant effect of mindfulness on the level of aspiration.
• The best effective path analysis model for explaining the causal relationships between mindfulness, psychological well-being, and the level of aspiration of the study sample was the path mediated by the overall mean of the intermediate variable psychological well-being.
